So I've been doing anything I can to keep myself busy and pass the time until my little girl makes her arrival. Chris bought me a sewing maching (if you know me well i'm not crafty at all) so here is my first attempt at sewing!! It looks ok from far away but don't look too close :) I am pretty proud of it and haven't really stopped making things since. I am enjoying myself with my new found hobby!! Who would have thought that I could actually do things like this?
I then decided to try a new kind of flower, so i kind of made this up by looking at one in a craft store, but I think they turned out pretty cute!! I can't wait to put them on Kaelin's head!! I made her cousin Paisley a matching pink one!!
Here is the last project for the day, a little tutu!! This was really fun to make and only took me about 30 minutes! She won't be able to wear this one until she is a little older because I made the waist too big, but I plan on making more that she can wear right away!!I only have a week left (hopefully) before Kaelin is born so we will see what other projects I come up with this week!! I am very anxious to get her here!!
Cute! I'm not really crafty either, but I've been working on it too for a little while now. (Although you look like you're already craftier than me...) I really like your carseat cover, way to go!
