10 Months old

I can't believe that my little baby is already 10 months old (I missed my 9 month post, oops).  It is so much fun to see how much she has grown and how fast she is learning new things! She has been crawling around and standing up to everything for over a month! She is starting to be so busy and into everything, especially the things she knows she is not suppose to get into. 

Kaelin has been a little jabber mouth since she was born, but now she is actually starting to get words out.  She says mama, Dada, ba ba (bottle), bite, hi and bye bye (usually accompanied with a wave) and occasionally she imitates a duck with a quack quack. Of course whenever I want her to show off and say those words she won't.

She also is so entertaining with all her facial expressions! Her newest one is a scowl when I tell her not to do something! But my favorite is when she smiles and opens her mouth super wide and squints her eyes at us! She makes me laugh every day and I adore every second with her!

Kaelin loves to eat, which it makes me wonder where she is keeping it all! She must have her daddy's body type, long and skinny! We have tried all kinds of foods and so far the only thing she doesn't really like are peas. I tried to sneak one in her mouth the other day and she gave me her scowl face! She is so silly!

She finally discovered our stairs and now that is all she wants to do. If I walk away from her for even a second, she is up the stairs. She is getting too fast for me.  I made Chris put up a gate, which already got pulled down, so now I have had to improvise and put the pack-n-play on the bottom step. Crazy girl!

Kaelin and I have a season pass to 7 Peaks! We have been going a few times a week to enjoy the water and the sun! She loves playing in the water and we are definitely going to have to put this girl in swim lessons because she is not afraid of the water at all! It is so much fun to be in the swimming pool with her!

 

 We got to have a visit from Grandma Jen, Aunt Grace, Uncle Mason, Aunt Awburn, Paisley and some more cousins! Paisley and Kaelin had so much fun playing together! It was fun to see the girls together! Kaelin loves her family so much and loves to have the visits!

While they were here we got to make our first trip to the zoo! She was really good at spotting the animals! You could always tell when she would see them cause she would start to laugh! The giraffes seemed to be her favorite! She laughed the whole time and was reaching for them! I bought her a stuffed giraffe and she adores it! I can't wait to make another trip to the zoo so Chris can come with us! 





I love watching everything that Kaelin does she is so dang cute!! She has always loved taking a bath, but recently she loves to crawl into the bathroom and try to get into the tub by herself! So sometimes I put her in there and just let her play while I'm getting ready!

Kaelin loves reading books! One day she grabbed this book and she was laying there laughing so hard as she was flipping the pages! So cute!

I love to sneak in to check on her as she is taking naps because I love to see how she is sleeping! This is my favorite! The rest of my pictures are just a few of my other favorite pictures I've taken lately! We are so blessed to have this beautiful girl in our lives and I can't imagine life without her!
